My head becomes too loud

Hard to see clearly, my perception is plagued

I lose myself in the universe that lives within me

I feel a rush through my body

It gets harder to breathe

My eyes widen

A knot in my stomach

My heart beats faster

A heavy chest

Suffocated

A wave of numbness that consumes me

Paralyzed

Holding back tears as my body quivers
